As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to the architecture behind our web application. You'll build and scale the robust systems that power our client use cases reliably and efficiently.
This role is designed for an experienced individual contributor who is excited to grow into a leadership role over time as our platform and team expand.
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our full-stack platform in close collaboration with the founders and engineering team.
The challenge is both technical and strategic: how do you build scalable, maintainable systems that can handle the complexity of AI orchestration while ensuring seamless user experiences? You'll be solving problems that involve system architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of our technical stack.
You'll be part of the Tech team (4 people, expected to grow by 10 people by the end of the year), and will report to the Head of Tech, with regular touchpoints with the CEO/CTO. You will collaborate closely with the AI Product Engineers and with the Sales/Product team to understand specific user needs and requirements.
