As a leading AI orchestration platform for intellectual workers, we've achieved remarkable growth with €1M in annual recurring revenue within only a year of commercializing VirtualBrain, fully bootstrapped.
This journey has led us to deploy VB to ~50 clients across 10 countries with zero churn and 40% annual upfront payments, demonstrating the exceptional value we deliver. We've built the most comprehensive use case library in strategic work, enabling clients to create reusable AI applications that generate tangible business results.
We are now accelerating to become the reference AI platform for consulting, strategy & investment professionals in Europe and beyond. We’re closing our Seed Fundraising during the summer, and are ready to onboard new talents to propel our growth.

In this role, you’ll:
- Design and continually refine the ideal implementation plan and change management program to seamlessly integrate VirtualBrain into the workflows of our customers.
- Participate in advanced scoping calls with prospective customers in collaboration with the Sales team to uncover the unique use cases of prospective customers.
- Take ownership of a customer portfolio, manage the onboarding process for new clients, and ensure successful implementation by leading technical setup calls with their teams, as well as conducting kick-off meetings and continuous training sessions.
- You’ll need to embody innovation in everything you do, from every customer interaction to collaborating with internal teams like sales, tech, and product. Innovation should be at the core of all your meetings and engagements.
- You'll be responsible for monitoring account performance, building analytics and dashboards to track progress, and identifying and implementing key metrics to ensure accountability.
- You’ll collaborate closely with the co-founders to shape the product strategy while partnering with the sales team to continuously identify high-impact use cases for integrating VirtualBrain into the daily workflows of consulting teams.
- Visit customers in person during onboarding and the implementation process.
- Represent VirtualBrain in social media, conferences, and customer events and participate in the evangelization of our vision for the Future of Work.
